Hotel Felix is the kind of place you do not feel the need to leave. It has a fantastically big pool, a lot of land around it and everything you need for a whole day, a few steps apart.
The pool
There is room for everyone: grown-ups swim, little ones splash about, and the day goes by without a glance at the clock.
The grounds
Wide grounds are the luxury of the hotels of the past. Children have room to run, and you have room to sit in peace.

At Hotel Felix, all inclusive light means you eat three times a day at the buffet of the Perla Mării restaurant, with drinks included during meals. No hunting for restaurants, no adding up bills and no going anywhere with hungry children.

Quiet for those who want it, fun for those in the mood. By day, the pool at Hotel Felix comes alive with Cristi Pietricică among the guests, and the evening brings live music and guest artists.

Dinner carries on with live music, as on the summer evenings of old.

The story of the place
Hotel Felix is part of a story longer than its own.
The beginning
The Eforia Spitalelor Civile, the board of civil hospitals in Bucharest, buys about 100 hectares on the shore of Lake Techirghiol. It is the first step towards today's resort, which also bears its name.
The first hotel
Ion Movilă builds the Băile Movilă hotel, in the south of today's resort. People begin to come to the seaside for rest and treatment.
Carmen-Sylva
The southern resort is given the name Carmen-Sylva, the pen name of Queen Elisabeth of Romania.
The town of Eforie
Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud become a single town, and the coast becomes the holiday place of the whole country.
Few of the hotels of the old part are left. Hotel Felix is one of them and looks the way its guests remember it.
